CMI Group is looking to hire hand finishers at our NORTH & SOUTH Phoenix

locations!

*Defense & Aerospace Machine Shops*

***Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan!***

  • **Day Shift: 6am – 3:30 Monday – Friday**
  • **Night Shift: 3:30pm – 2am Monday – Thursday**
  • **Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am – 6:30pm (work 36

hours, get paid for 40)**

Basic Qualifications

DEBURR/HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH/BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR

DEPARTMENT/LEAD/SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE

PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES

COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS

Other Experience That Includes

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS

THE USE OF MICROSCOPES

HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS

KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC

MATERIALS

Preferred Skills

MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE

CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY

Physical Requirements

ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 35 LBS

ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
