We’re hiring a Director of Operations.
This is the person who builds and runs the operational backbone of Eden. A senior, high-autonomy role focused on translating strategy into executional reality, institutionalizing how the agency operates, and delivering operational leverage to leadership as the business scales.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the broader leadership team—proactively resolving problems, seeing around corners, and closing gaps before they become issues. You won't manage process for the sake of process. You'll build the systems that let a senior team do its best work, faster.

You want:

You will:
- Admin and operational support across the business
- Lead proposal coordination and business development operations
- Event execution
- Cross-account and internal project management
- Own systems architecture—build and maintain the SOPs, workflows, and rhythms that allow Eden to scale
- Calendar and travel management
- Coordinate financial, administrative, and back-office operations across Eden's distributed team
- Serve as the CEO's primary operational leverage layer, taking day-to-day executional matters off the founder's plate
- Surface risks and misalignment early, drive coordination where complexity creates friction
- Prepare leadership for key decisions and meetings
- Build and use AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale your impact
- Support cross-functional initiatives, competitive positioning, and strategic planning, from scoping through decision
This role is ideal if you:
- Have 5+ years in operations, business management, or agency operations
- Have built and scaled operational systems in a growing, fast-paced organization
- Can manage complex projects from planning through execution, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Understand the rhythms of agency work: retainer structures, client billing, proposal cycles, and resource planning
- Have strong financial acumen—budgets, forecasting, P&L management
- Are sharp, detail-oriented, and allergic to operational ambiguity
- Are highly collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work across teams and levels of seniority
Ideal background:
- Operations leadership at a tech, fintech, or comms agency
- Chief of Staff, COO, Head of Ops, or senior operations role at a high-growth startup or professional services firm
- Experience working with or within capital markets or digital asset companies
- Background in agency financial operations, including familiarity with retainer models and client billing
- Deep comfort with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization
Prior ops-title experience isn’t required. Judgment, attitude, and execution are what matter.
