Role Description The DW Housekeeping at The Balé Nusa Dua is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest pavilions, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to luxury resort standards. Duties include room cleaning, bed making, bathroom cleaning, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall tidiness and safety. The role also covers basic laundry tasks, reporting maintenance issues and lost & found items, and assisting guest requests with a courteous attitude. Team members are expected to follow hygiene procedures and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Basic housekeeping skills in room and public area cleaning with strong attention to detail
- Able to perform laundry tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, and handling guest items properly
- Good attitude in guest service with polite and professional communication
- Willing to learn, follow SOPs, and work as part of a team
- Previous hotel or resort experience is an advantage
- Basic English communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Committed to cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards
