As an HR Employee Engagement Specialist, you will be the behind-the-scenes maestro that puts an employee engagement strategy into action. You will be responsible for the efficient planning, organizing, and executing of employee engagement programs and strategies through a series of company events and activities, as well as corporate social responsibility. You will take ownership of engagement initiatives, ensures everything runs smoothly, and irons out potential setbacks.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude toward engagement
- Craft the long-term vision for employee engagement strategies
- Communicate changes in strategy
- Provide large-scale updates on organizational progress
- Provide feedback about what is and is not working with the current engagement strategy
- Collaborate with different personnel to developing programs that are relevant to the interest of employees and budget that fits the needs of the company as well as maintains all organized programs and activities
- Participate in employee focus groups
- Seek out development opportunities and learning experiences to facilitate personal growth
- Provide updates on personal goals
- Motivates, engages, and retains employees and conceptualize ideas based on own knowledge
- Provide updates on the progress of different Engagement Programs and Strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Employee Engagement Specialist or any similar roles for at least 1-2 years
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
- Prior experience working in the BPO industry is preferred
- Satisfactory Reporting and Analytics skills
- Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal
- A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations
- Empathy, using skills that allow the Engagement Specialist to determine what is most important to their target audience, and then working to deliver on an organizational promise
- Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
- Experts in delivering outcomes, achieving goals, and solving problems
- Excellent with time and task management skills
- Able to see the big picture as well as the small details
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including over time when needed
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
- Degree level education in Human Resources or related field is preferred
