* Teach, supervise students, and oversee percussion program at all marching band and winter percussion rehearsals and competitions.
* Work with staff to maintain consistent musical progress and positive culture with students.
* Work with band directors to budget and design the winter percussion show and create a winter percussion schedule.
* Maintain inventory of marching percussion equipment.
* Inform band directors of any percussion needs. (Consumable orders, equipment repairs, rehearsal planning, etc.)
