Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration $300 000 – $400 000 (gross) pending billings/FTE Physician Overhead Please enquire (% or amount per month)
Benefits and Incentives
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 14% Retention Flat Fee $21,696 Relocation Funding Available $9,000-15,000 Recruitment Incentive $20,000 Other Benefits/Incentives Rural incentives are subject to change and current rates are confirmed at time of offer. Candidates with a BC or Canada student loan may be eligible for loan forgiveness programs. CME allocation based on time in community.
