OFS is looking for a finish floater that possesses a good eye for color and solid hand–eye coordination who can team up with others and jump into any finish-area task—whether that’s spraying, inspecting, sealing, sanding, or repairs. Training is available for stains, glazes, wash coats, lacquers, and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Must have an eye for color
- Possess good hand/eye coordination
- Ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors
- Flexibility to work in all areas of finish, spraying, inspection, sealer sanding, and repair
Qualifications
- Ability to meet quality specifications and standards
- Experience with or ability to be trained in stain, glaze, wash coat, lacquer and repair
- Must be able to work independently without immediate supervision
