The chosen candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of a variety of flooring types, including LVT, vinyl rolls, carpet, and raised flooring systems in commercial, and industrial projects.

Duties
Accurately install a range of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality and durable finishes.
Adhere to manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and project guidelines to maintain quality and safety.
Identify and resolve any on-site installation issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
Maintain effective communication with the Operations Manager, team members, and clients to support a smooth and professional workflow.
Any other job-related duties that may be assigned by the Operations Manager from time to time.
Qualifications
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Physical fit to handle heavy materials and perform tasks like bending and kneeling.
Can read and interpret construction plans, drawings, sketches and technical specifications.
Comply with all site safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Have strong communication skills and be fluent in English and preferably in Maltese.
