We're looking for an experienced leader; someone who can be responsible for inspiring and mentoring teams, building deep client relationships, and delivering exceptional creative work. This position combines creative vision, team leadership and brand craftsmanship.
The Role
Taking the lead on the design team’s culture, output, and day-to-day management, you'll work hard to ensure the studio consistently produces world-class branding work.
You'll identify, curate, and refine transformative ideas for brands and businesses by framing and selling creative concepts convincingly to clients, developing the creative capabilities of the team through mentorship and feedback and providing both high-level creative vision and detailed, actionable direction.

$1,200 – $1,500 per day

The Person
We need someone who has systematic branding background – you've led and delivered work for global brands, and you know what it takes to transform ideas into world-class delivery.
You are able to unite a team, a brief and a client relationship, and you'll be open to a longer-term contract – able to work individually and as part of a team. We're after someone with a strong 'hands on' approach paired with a leadership focus.
