Role Description
This is a remote, freelance contract role in strategic communications. The selected candidate will craft and distribute press releases, manage media relations, develop and implement strategic communication plans, and ensure brand alignment in all public-facing messaging. The role involves working closely with clients to identify their communication needs, providing actionable strategies, and collaborating with teams to deliver impactful PR campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating compelling press releases and public communications
- Expertise in strategic communications, media relations, and public relations
- Strong skills in relationship-building and managing communication channels effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with global teams or remote collaborations is preferred
- Background in communications, PR, journalism, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data-driven approaches to communication strategy is an advantage
