JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the VP Financial Planning and Analysis you will lead group Performance Management for The Magnum Ice Cream Company overseeing strategic planning, annual target setting, quarterly forecasting and monthly performance reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the group’s weekly, monthly quarterly and annual performance cycles, ensuring disciplined governance and timely escalation of risks and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools, leveraging automation and digital capabilities, ensuring standardized ways of working across regions
- Own the preparation of Group performance materials for the CEO, CFO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. Ensure reporting is accurate, insight‑rich, and compliant with public‑company standards.
- Contribute to the TMICC quarterly press release messaging, trading updates and capital markets materials enabling timely & impactful investor interactions
- Oversee annual & long-term incentive target setting and realization calculations to support a strong pay for performance culture
- Manage global functional costs, including charging policies to regions, achieving a streamlined operating model and benchmark cost levels
- Lead, coach, and develop Group FP&A talent, creating a high‑performance, inclusive, and future‑ready team.
- Transform the FP&A function during the ‘Magnum One’ journey to implement a standalone tech stack and Global business services.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Significant (15+ years) finance leadership experience in a large, preferably listed, FMCG organisation.
- Proven track record in enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management at Group level.
- Experience providing decision support to executive leadership in fast‑moving, high‑visibility environments.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling insights and narratives.
- Strong systems and data mindset; experience leveraging analytics and automation in FP&A.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to operate effectively across functions and geographies.
- Confident communicator with the credibility to influence senior leaders.
- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in a newly listed, evolving organisation.
