1. Role Overview

This role, you will act as an "Architect" of growth systems and competency frameworks. Your core mission is to build an environment where every member has the tools, roadmaps, and data needed to autonomously drive their own professional development.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Framework & Strategy Development

  • Design Expertise Levels & Growth Paths: Develop the Level Definition framework by establishing clear standards for knowledge, behaviors, and readiness criteria; mapping core Knowledge Areas (KA) to help members navigate their professional advancement.
  • Curate Growth Solutions & L&D Portfolios: Design a comprehensive menu of development initiatives – ranging from formal workshops and social coaching to experiential learning (Squad assignments, ES rotations) – to support deep expertise and self-paced growth.
  • Systemic Framework Design: Focus on building a scalable competency management framework for the entire organization, rather than creating isolated individual plans.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Build and manage dashboards/tools to capture the real-time growth status of all members. Analyze this data to propose short-term and long-term capability development strategies.

Onboarding Experience & Metrics

  • Design the Onboarding Journey: Create an onboarding plan that ensures new hires integrate seamlessly into the company's Ways of Working (WoW) & Culture while gaining functional knowledge as rapidly as possible.
  • Establish Key Metrics: Define and monitor indicators to measure onboarding success, including Time to Productivity, engagement rates, and new-hire satisfaction levels.
  • 3. Requirements

    • Systems Thinking: Ability to design high-level frameworks and platforms rather than just focusing on granular tasks.
    • Data Literacy: Proficient in working with data; able to translate dashboard insights into actionable organizational strategies.
    • L&D Innovation: Familiarity with modern competency models, preferably in environments that value Self-Management or Teal principles.
    • Experience Design: A service-oriented mindset with the ability to craft subtle yet high-impact onboarding journeys.
