We are growing, and we need a Head of Brand & Marketing who can hold the creative vision, lead a sharp in-house team, and be the kind of person clients trust on their hardest days and their biggest launches.

The Role

This is not a traditional marketing manager role. It is a hybrid of creative direction, brand strategy, client leadership, and team management, all in one seat.

You will be the connective tissue between what our clients need, what our creative team builds, and how we position every brand we touch. You will lead campaigns, shape narratives, manage timelines, and make decisions that move things forward without losing the soul of the work. What You Will Do

Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

• Lead brand strategy and campaign ideation for lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, and hospitality clients

• Develop and own brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual storytelling frameworks for each account

• Translate client briefs into sharp, emotionally resonant creative directions the team can execute with clarity

• Ensure all work across formats (social, editorial, campaigns, content) stays true to the brand’s identity and the agency’s creative standard

Client Management

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for key clients

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships, managing expectations, presenting ideas, and navigating feedback with confidence

• Conduct brand discovery sessions, strategy presentations, and campaign reviews

• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and deepen the agency’s value for existing clients

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead and coordinate the in-house creative team, including designers, writers, social media managers, and video editors

• Set clear briefs, timelines, and delivery standards for every project

• Review and approve creative outputs before they reach clients

• Build systems and workflows that make the team faster and more consistent, without draining the creative energy out of the room

• Mentor team members and create a culture of ownership, craft, and curiosity

AI Tools & Automation

• Work alongside AI automation agents to streamline content production, research, and campaign workflows

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into client deliverables without compromising the human quality of the work

• Collaborate with the team to build and refine prompt systems, automation flows, and AI-assisted creative processes

• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools relevant to brand marketing, content strategy, and social media, and bring those insights into the agency’s way of working

• Balance speed and scale with creative integrity. Know when AI helps and when it gets in the way

Agency Marketing & New Business

• Contribute to Social Siyappa’s own brand marketing across LinkedIn and other platforms

• Support new business pitches with strategic thinking and compelling narrative

What We Are Looking For

• 4 to 8 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or content leadership

• A proven track record working with big-name or culturally relevant brands in lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, luxury, or hospitality

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and creative sensibility, not just execution

• Excellent communication skills. (you can run a client call and write a brand manifesto in the same afternoon)

• Experience managing cross-functional creative teams

• Ability to think in campaigns, not just posts

• Organised and deadline-driven, but never rigid about creativity

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where ownership is real and expected

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content, strategy, or creative production. Curiosity about automation is non-negotiable

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with D2C brand launches or seasonal campaign planning

• Familiarity with influencer marketing or editorial content strategy

• A sharp eye for visual aesthetics, even if you are not a designer yourself
