About the Role

H2L Robotics India is building a specialist image annotation team in Mumbai. We create high-precision training datasets for computer vision systems used in autonomous agricultural robotics. Our work feeds directly into the machines built by H2L Robotics BV in the Netherlands, the team behind Selector 180, the world’s first autonomous tulip selection robot and Red Dot Award 2022 winner.

As an Annotator you will label images with precision using Label Studio. Every polygon you draw around a plant becomes ground truth that an autonomous farming robot uses to learn to see. The work is detail-oriented, focused, and consequential.

What You Will Do

– Annotate agricultural images using polygon, bounding box, and instance segmentation techniques
– Maintain accuracy and consistency across annotation sessions
– Follow annotation guidelines and quality standards
– Flag ambiguous or problematic images for review
– Work closely with the Senior Annotator and Director on quality feedback

What We Are Looking For

– Strong attention to detail — this is non-negotiable
– Ability to focus for extended screen sessions consistently
– Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback
– Comfortable working with computers and learning new software tools
– No prior annotation experience required — full training provided
–  10th pass or 12th pass

Salary: INR 25,000 per month + performance bonus of INR 5,000 post probation
