What You’ll Do
1. Import
- Track import shipments and ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Work with freight forwarders and vendors to organize shipments in a timely manner.
- Perform customs procedure and ensure correction of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms.
- Arrange trucking to deliver shipments to warehouse
- Resolve unexpected and related problems if any.
2. Export
- Perform customs processing and ensure correctness of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Form.
- Communicate with local and foreign customers, freight forwarders and relevant parties to ensure that all shipments are shipped in a timely and correct manner in accordance with customer requirements.
- Arrange trucking to deliver shipments to warehouse
- Prepare and ensure the synthesis of records for Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and Sanitary Certificate, according to standard requirements.
- Resolve unexpected and related problems if any.
- Follow other tasks as required by the supervisor.
What You Bring
- Have at least 1 year of employment experience in Export-Import in manufacturing companies.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Critical thinking, analytical and solving problem skills.
- Proficiency in Customs declaration and Customs regulations.
