Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to share insights and drive aligned strategies for growth.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales and lead generation, with demonstrated experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successful sales engagements, particularly in reaching and influencing executives.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and craft compelling solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) is preferred.
