The role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of client marketing programmes with a high degree of independence. You'll own client relationships, drive marketing outcomes, and contribute to how we continuously improve our practice.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves doing excellent work at the client level — not someone looking to manage a team or move into a Head of role in the near term.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and projects for a portfolio of B2B clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted marketing partner
- Develop and execute marketing plans tied to measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and specialists to deliver high-quality work
- Contribute to process improvements and team learning
What we’re looking for
- Minimum three years of experience in a client-facing B2B marketing role
- Proven experience managing multiple B2B client accounts end-to-end
- A track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes
- Strong communication skills — clear in writing, confident in conversation
- Someone who gets ahead of problems rather than waiting for them to land
- A genuine curiosity about marketing, tools, and what's working in the industry
