As Marketing Manager Philippines, you will step into a high‑visibility leadership role with the runway to shape the category, build a loved consumer brand, and grow into the country marketing head role over time.
What is the role?
The Marketing Manager owns end‑to‑end demand generation and brand building for SharkNinja in the market, acting as the architect and driver of growth. This is a ‘player‑coach’ role for someone who combines breakthrough strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and who is energized by building something big from a strong but still-scaling base. You will define target consumers, craft sharp, insight‑led positioning, design the annual country marketing plan, and lead social‑ and digital‑first campaigns that move the needle on awareness, consideration, and conversion. You will treat ambiguity as a chance to innovate, prioritize progress over perfection, and find smart, out‑of‑the‑box solutions that unlock new growth.
What are the responsibilities?
- Own the country marketing P&L outcome, driving revenue, share, and profitability targets through bold yet disciplined demand generation and A&P allocation.
- Define consumer segmentation, positioning, and messaging for Shark and Ninja, grounded in deep local consumer insight and aligned with global brand strategy.
- Build and execute the annual country marketing plan, including the brand campaign calendar, always‑on digital programs, product launch roadmaps, and marketplace activations that create disproportionate impact.
- Lead social‑first, digital‑first demand generation across paid and organic channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, influencers, affiliates, Google, Shopee, Lazada / Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), testing, learning, and scaling what works fast.
- Own funnel performance end‑to‑end: set ambitious KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROAS), track them weekly, optimize relentlessly, and turn data into clear actions and outcomes.
- Manage agencies (creative, media, production, KOL) and freelancers as true partners while retaining ownership of strategy, briefs, approvals, and results—and be ready to roll up your sleeves and execute directly when required.
- Collaborate closely with distributor, ecommerce, trade marketing, and regional brand teams to deliver coherent, best‑in‑class GTM execution across online and offline touchpoints.
- Localize global brand campaigns into culturally resonant, platform‑native content that feels made for consumers in Thailand/Indonesia, not translated for them.
- Conduct regular consumer, competitor, and marketplace analysis to spot new opportunities, challenge assumptions, and unlock breakthrough growth.

- New products launch on time, address real consumer pain points, and become strong performers in their segments, backed by sharp storytelling and flawless execution.
What requirements are we looking at?
- 8+ years in consumer marketing, demand generation, or brand marketing in Philippines, with a clear track record of delivering business impact.
- Proven experience in premium FMCG or CPG, with at least 2-3 years as a Brand / Marketing Manager (or equivalent), with demonstrated success leading brand strategy and 360° campaigns.
- Proven track record of owning a country or large‑segment marketing budget with visible P&L impact (revenue, share, ROAS) and being accountable for outcomes, not just activities.
- Deep, hands‑on experience with paid social (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), influencer/KOL marketing, and marketplace advertising (Shopee, Lazada/Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), including testing, optimization, and scaling.
- Experience localizing global brand campaigns, navigating a regional/global matrix, and influencing senior stakeholders to get to the right decisions fast.
- Native Tagalog, with fluent English (written and spoken), and the ability to communicate with clarity and impact at all levels.
