JAUR is a fast-growing fine jewellery studio creating modern heirlooms with founder-level attention to detail. We're a lean, taste-driven team across the US and global, building our brand intentionally. We want a marketing partner to help shape where JAUR goes next and open the right doors to get there.
THE ROLE
A single, broad marketing role with co-founder ownership. You'll help carry JAUR's brand vision alongside the founder, drive the partnerships and relationships that grow us, and direct our digital/content presence while our global team executes the back-end craft (graphic design, e-commerce, SEO). You
understand both brand and e-commerce, so you connect the story to the business. our job is the vision, the relationships, the strategy, the standards, and the leadership and to genuinely care, like an owner.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Brand vision & strategy (with the founder)
– Help shape JAUR's brand vision, positioning, and direction
– Turn it into campaigns, launches, and the story we tell
– Hold the taste bar and brand consistency across every US touchpoint
Partnerships & relationships (the connections)
– Identify, pitch, and foster high-value brand partnerships and collaborations
– Own influencer/creator relationships — the high-touch layer
– Build and activate a network of press, partners, and collaborators
– Represent JAUR in US conversations, events, and IRL brand moments
Digital & content (direction)
– Direct content across social, email, and campaigns, our team executes, you set
direction, story, and quality
– Own the content calendar and keep a finger on the US cultural pulse
Brand + E-commerce fluency
– Understand how brand drives the online business; partner closely with our global e-commerce lead so brand and growth pull in the same direction
Leadership
– Guide and grow the marketing team over time; set standards
– Brief and lead the gobal back-end (design, content, e-commerce, SEO) on what to
execute ,you set the vision, they craft it
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
– 5–7 years in brand / marketing at a DTC / fashion / beauty / jewellery / lifestyle brand, with a track record building brands (not just executing campaigns)
– Real partnerships / influencer / collaboration experience — built and run high-value relationships, ideally with a network you can activate
– Solid understanding of e-commerce and how brand drives the online business
– Some experience guiding or building a team
– US-based with deep command of the US market, clients, and culture
– Excellent taste + excellent communication; can lead a distributed US + global team
– A co-founder mindset: ownership, initiative, care, follow-through
NICE TO HAVE
– An existing creator / press / partnership network ready to activate
– Fine Jewellery / luxury experience
– Experience leading offshore/remote execution teams
