As a packing operator at Uniekaas, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our high-quality cheeses are perfectly packaged and ready for delivery. Working in a dynamic team, you’ll contribute to maintaining smooth production processes while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
As Packing Operator, your tasks include:
- Packing and sealing cheese products
- Inspecting packaging and labels
- Moving boxes and crates (up to 15 kg)
- Following hygiene and safety procedures
- Working in a fixed team within shift rotations

- Hourly salary between €16.31 and €22.83 gross
- Additional shift allowances for evenings and nights; 130% (18:00–22:00) and 140% (22:00–07:00).
- 8% holiday pay and 24 vacation days per year
- Travel allowance starting from 10 km.

Functie-eisen
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Operator who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is ready to contribute to our high-quality cheese production process.
- Comfortable handling cheese blocks weighing up to 15 kg.
- Resides near Kaatsheuvel and can commute independently.
- Speaks Dutch and/or English at B2+ proficiency level.
- Willing to work in 2- or 3-shift systems.
- Available at least 3 days per week for various shifts.
