- Able to work with Chinese expert Technician team
- Develop accurate patterns for bags, backpacks, travel luggage and other luggage products based on design specifications and samples.
- Prepare pattern layouts considering material utilization, production feasibility, and cost efficiency.
- Create and modify patterns using manual methods and/or CAD software as required.
- Analyze product designs and convert them into production-ready patterns with correct measurements and construction details.
- Produce sample patterns and coordinate with the sample development team to ensure product accuracy.
- Review and improve existing patterns to enhance product quality, functionality, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Calculate material consumption and provide pattern-related data for costing purposes.
- Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical and pattern-related issues.
- Maintain pattern records, specifications, grading details, and revision history for all developed products.
- Ensure all patterns comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and factory production capabilities while meeting development timelines.
