Role Description

iNextLabs is seeking a skilled Presales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Presales Consultant will work closely with sales teams, clients, and technical teams to identify business requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and craft tailored solutions. This role requires creating business proposals, participating in client meetings, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Pre-Sales Engagement

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and business challenges
  • Design AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify use cases and define AI roadmaps
  • Translate business problems into scalable technical architectures

Customer Demonstrations & POCs

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized solution walkthroughs
  • Build Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) showcasing real-world AI use cases
  • Configure and tailor AI agents (chat, voice, document AI, analytics) for client scenarios
  • Support pilot deployments and customer evaluations

Technical Advisory & Architecture

  • Provide guidance on AI architecture (RAG, multi-agent systems, integrations)
  • Recommend model strategies (LLM selection, cost vs performance trade-offs)
  • Work with engineering teams on feasibility, integrations, and deployment approaches (cloud/on-prem)

Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare solution proposals, SOWs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Product)
  • Support partner enablement and joint go-to-market initiatives

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents
  • Experience with RAG architectures, APIs, and integrations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (preferred)
  • Knowledge of data systems (SQL, NoSQL, APIs)
  • Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance is a plus

Pre-Sales & Consulting Skills

Proven experience in solutioning and technical pre-sales

Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Experience conducting workshops, demos, and POCs

Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Customer-first mindset with strong business acumen

Preferred Experience

Experience with AI platforms, or conversational AI solutions

Exposure to industries such as public sector, logistics, healthcare, or F&B

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business Platform, automation workflows, or CRM integrations

Prior experience in AI startups or enterprise SaaS companies
