As a pivotal member of Knix’s Product Design Team, this role requires expertise in R&D, sketching, and fabric exploration. You’ll utilize your strong collaborative skills to ensure every product meets the brand’s fit and quality standards. Your proactive approach will drive improvements in product design while managing timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the product design process from concept to production
• Collaborate creatively with the Design Team on innovative designs
• Conduct seasonal research to identify key trends
• Partner with teams on fabric and finish innovations
• Ensure timely execution of prototype development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
• 7+ years in design, especially intimates and swimwear
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel
• Strong leadership and garment construction knowledge
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
