Hey, future leaders! Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things running like clockwork? Ready to step up and help produce some seriously tasty snacks—tortilla chips, rice cakes, and Manomasa crisps? (Yes, it’s a real job, and yes, it smells amazing!)
Who are we?
We’re a busy, high-performing team at our Gateshead manufacturing site, producing a range of popular snack products enjoyed across the UK. If you’ve been smashing it on the production line and feel ready to step into leadership, this could be your next big move!
Your Mission (should You Choose To Accept It)
- Lead a team of snack-making pros – Guide and support your team to deliver top-quality tortilla chips, rice cakes, and Manomasa crisps every time.
- Keep production running smoothly – From raw ingredients to finished packs, you’ll make sure everything flows efficiently and any issues are quickly sorted.
- Keep the lines performing at their best – You don’t need to be an engineer, but you’ll help ensure machines are running safely and effectively.
- Hit targets and reduce waste – Monitor performance, minimise downtime and waste, and help the team meet production goals (because no one likes wasting great snacks!).

- Can-Do Attitude: Approach work with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.
