Foxbith is a software development company that helps clients elevate their digital experiences. We are a small, senior team that pairs strong craft with a disciplined GitOps workflow every decision, requirement, and design lives in version control, so nothing gets lost and the whole team works from a single source of truth.
We are looking for a Project Manager to keep our products moving driving delivery on schedule and acting as the main bridge between our clients and our development team. You will own a focused set of products, so you can go deep on each one rather than spread thin.
Project management leads the role: delivery and client coordination come first. You will also do hands-on design flows, wireframes, and UI in Figma. We use modern AI tooling to take the repetitive work off your plate, so your time goes to the parts that need real judgment: understanding the client's problem, making the right calls, and shipping with care.
What you will do
- Own the delivery roadmap and priorities decide what ships next and why.
- Communicate and coordinate directly with clients: progress updates, expectation-setting, and alignment.
- Write clear requirements and user stories, plan sprints, and manage timelines so work ships on schedule.
- Work closely with developers throughout implementation and review the build against the intent.
- Produce flows, wireframes, and UI in Figma (accelerated with AI) as much as each product needs.
- Keep every decision, spec, and roadmap documented in our GitOps workflow.
Who we are looking for
- Experience taking a project from problem to shipped result, coordinating the people involved along the way.
- Proven delivery skills: setting priorities, writing requirements, managing timelines, coordinating developers, and keeping clients aligned.
- A UX/UI background is a strong advantage we are especially open to Senior UX/UI Designers who want to move into Project Management.
- Genuine fluency using AI as a daily co-pilot (Claude, AI-assisted workflows); you see AI as a force multiplier, not a threat.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain product and design decisions clearly to both developers and clients.
- A bias toward shipping, balanced with the judgment to know when quality matters most.
- Comfort with or genuine interest in documentation-heavy / GitOps ways of working is a plus.
Requirements
- Thai national and Thai Speaking, based in Bangkok (this is a local hire; we are not sponsoring relocation or work visas).
- Professional working proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or above) — you will communicate with clients and document in English daily.

- Location: Bangkok (Pattanakarn) — Hybrid (some work from home)
- Engagement: Full-time, 1-year contract (renewable)
