The Public Relations Coordinator for Spark reports to the Spark Director with part-time hours of 5-7 weekly. In this impactful position, you’ll implement promotional strategies, design graphics, and oversee the Spark Ambassadors program. Your organizational skills and leadership will help engage and support first-year students through various programs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective promotional strategies for student recruitment
• Create engaging graphics adhering to MSU Visual Identity Guide
• Manage Spark’s social media accounts and online content
• Coordinate with Underground Media + Design for promotional materials
• Facilitate weekly Spark Ambassadors meetings with the executive team
Requirements:
• Experience in public relations and graphic design
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Prior experience in leadership or mentorship roles
• Knowledge of social media management
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
