This is not a basic reality show. We are building a cinematic, emotionally engaging, and culturally driven series that blends raw reality, storytelling, and elevated visuals.
Ideal Editor Qualities
- Cut dialogue‑driven scenes in a compelling and natural way
- Balance high‑energy moments with emotional depth
- Incorporate cinematic elements (music, pacing, sound design, transitions)
- Create viral‑worthy moments while maintaining strong episode structure
Style references include
- Reality TV (Zeus Network, VH1 style pacing)
- Cinematic storytelling (Netflix‑style docuseries tone)
- Social media virality (engaging, punchy, attention‑grabbing edits)
Responsibilities
- Create teaser clips and promotional content
- Add music, effects, and pacing to enhance storytelling
- Collaborate with the producer to shape the overall narrative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing reality TV or unscripted content
- Strong sense of timing, drama, and pacing
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar software
