Culturati is an ecommerce platform curating authentic Indian handcrafted art, decor, and heritage crafts — from Kerala's elephant traditions to Pattachitra storytelling. We exist to bring living craft traditions into contemporary homes, and every product we carry has a story worth telling.
The Role
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes brand — someone who can walk into a room, feel what's missing, and fix it. As our Brand Experience & Retail Executive, you'll own how Culturati shows up: at our Experience Centre in Bengaluru, online, and in every customer touchpoint in between.
What You'll Do
* Own the end-to-end brand experience — from product packaging and unboxing to how we sound on Instagram
* Be the face of our Experience Centre — curating the in-store environment, guiding visitors through the stories behind the craft, and creating moments that turn browsers into believers
* Ensure the physical space always reflects the Culturati aesthetic — displays, signage, and seasonal refreshes
* Plan and execute retail activations, pop-ups, and artisan workshops
* Collaborate with artisan partners to develop product narratives and visual storytelling
* Manage and grow our social media presence with content that educates, engages, and converts
You'll Thrive Here If You
* Have 1–3 years of experience in brand, retail, or marketing (lifestyle, home decor, or craft sectors preferred)
* Have a genuine appreciation for Indian art, craft, and cultural heritage
* Are comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team where ownership is real
* Have a good eye — you notice when something looks off and you know how to fix it
Good to Have
* Background in Fashion Business Management, Fashion Communication, Brand Management, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Design Management or a related programme
* Strong communication and customer-handling skills
* Basic content creation / photography / reels skills
* Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest
