Role Description
- This is a temporary, remote freelancer role for a B2B Demo Outreach Specialist. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective business partners, scheduling and coordinating product demo meetings, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. The specialist will research potential clients, craft personalized communication strategies, and support efforts to foster meaningful engagement with key stakeholders. Consistent follow-up and excellent communication are critical to the success of this role. Identify and target high-potential companies for product demos.
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, or other channels.
- Book demos with decision-makers like CEOs, Demand Generation Managers and Customer Feedback Managers
- Should be open to use the tool too to be able to experience it and sell it.
- Ensure scheduled meetings are relevant and of high quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B outreach and lead generation is essential.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Proven ability to book meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and professional messages.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Community Outreach, ensuring excellent interpersonal engagement and relationship-building.
- Experience in Research to identify and qualify potential B2B prospects effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, outreach, and client relationship management.
- Previous experience in B2B or outreach roles is an advantage.
- A commitment to delivering prompt and high-quality interactions with clients and stakeholders.
