What You’ll Do
- Listen to experienced teammates handle live calls and note what they do.
- Keep an ordered file on every household so nothing is lost.
- Ask what a family would face in the weeks after a death.
- Take a growing share of conversations as your accuracy improves each week.
- Work the follow up list daily rather than whenever it occurs to you.
- Ask for help early when a question exceeds what you have learned.
