What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by iHeart
Media Sales teams
- Ensure accuracy and success for ad campaigns through order entry and quality assurance
- Process Order Revisions for booked orders due to client directed changes or initial order entry error
- Assist Account Executives in coordinating with the financial department for special billing requests, invoicing and adjustments
- Generate dynamic and impactful proposals that amplify our brand and communicate our solutions for businesses
- Carefully process appropriate spot times analytics, handle aircheck gathering, and initiate trade contracts for approval
- Orchestrate comprehensive and impactful post‑instance recaps for all major on‑air/digital campaigns and promotional events – including all company assets (digital, audio, schedules and picture elements)
What You’ll Need:
- An aptitude for sales support or operational support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast paced environment
- Can model positive energy and handle stress in the face of challenges, deadlines and financial pressures
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with other
- An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
- Bi‑lingual is a plus
