Role
You'll own the complete lead-to-meeting conversion process%u2014transforming assigned leads from all stages (cold, warm, inbound) into qualified sales opportunities. You bridge the gap between lead generation and Account Executives, using AI-powered tools to optimize outreach, maintain systematic follow-ups, and consistently hit booking targets. You combine persistence with data-driven optimization, turning CRM hygiene and dashboard insights into actionable conversion strategies.

Requirements
- For SDR we are open to both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals across all levels of experience
- Proven track record in SDR or similar lead conversion role with measurable booking/conversion metrics
- Excellent written communication and email copywriting skills; ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach that drives responses
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to CRM data hygiene and process adherence
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently; comfortable with repetitive tasks and persistent follow-up
- AI Proficiency: Ability to provide suitable context and prompts; use AI tools to speed up research, personalization, and workflow optimization
- CRM Mastery: Expert proficiency with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.); experience with sales dashboards and analytics
- Tooling Proficiency: Email sequencing tools (Outreach, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.); AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude); GHL (GoHighLevel) is a plus
- Data-oriented mindset; uses metrics to identify patterns, test hypotheses, and continuously optimize approach
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback; adapts quickly based on performance data and coaching
Responsibilities
Respond to lead replies and engagement within business hours (<10 minutes); handle objections and schedule meetings efficiently

Activity Consistency: 50 leads contacted per day; 25-35 follow-up emails sent daily; response handling time
