A. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals with corporate and individual customers. The role also encompasses managing a sales team, forecasting sales targets, reporting performance metrics, and collaborating with internal departments to align sales efforts with the organization’s overall goals. Candidates will be expected to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business development to achieve sales objectives.
B. Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, Revenue Generation, and Building Partnerships.
- Expertise in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Retention
- Experience in Team Management and Leadership within sales operations
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze trends and provide actionable insights to drive growth
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Marketing
- Additional Certifications in Sales or Digital Marketing are a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Optimizing pricing strategies for the Nile cruise business
C. Experience Requirements
- 3–7 years in Hospitality, Tourism, or Travel Sales
- Proven experience in: Hotel, Cruise, or Luxury Travel Sales
- B2B Partnerships (Travel Agencies, Tour Operators)
- Direct-To-Consumer Sales
- Experience working with: International Clients (American, EU, GCC Preferred)
- Online Booking Platforms/OTAs
- Strong Track Record of achieving or Exceeding Revenue Targets
