Responsibilities:

  • Develop Social-First Content: Conceptualize and produce engaging, platform-native content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social media platforms.
  • Create On-Camera Content: Act as the on-screen talent for brand content, confidently delivering messages in an authentic, engaging, and persuasive way.
  • Execute End-to-End Content Production: Manage the full content creation process, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Produce High-Quality Short-Form Videos: Edit and produce short-form video content using mobile editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar platforms, ensuring strong pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal.
  • Craft Engaging Copy: Write compelling hooks, captions, and short scripts that capture attention and effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Create Conversion-Oriented Content: Develop content strategies and executions that are designed not only to entertain but also to drive product interest, increase sales, and improve conversion rates.
  • Optimize Content for Performance: Apply knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior to create scroll-stopping content that increases reach, engagement, and visibility.
  • Monitor and Analyze Content Performance: Track and evaluate key performance metrics such as engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Drive Business Impact Through Content: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports commercial objectives, including traffic growth, lead generation, and GMV/sales performance.
  • Stay Updated with Trends and Platform Updates: Continuously monitor social media trends, formats, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Obtained bachelor's degree, fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Platform Mastery: Possess a strong social-first mindset with a sophisticated understanding of social media algorithms and cultural nuances across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Compelling On-Screen Presence: Confident and charismatic in front of the camera, with the ability to deliver brand messages in a natural, authentic, and persuasive manner.
  • Strategic Creativity: Demonstrate a strong blend of creative instinct and business understanding, capable of producing scroll-stopping content that supports specific commercial objectives.
  • Advanced Mobile Production: Proficient in mobile editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush, with a strong sense of pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
  • End-to-End Content Ownership: A proactive self-starter who can manage the full content lifecycle, from concept development and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Conversion-Focused Mindset: Results-driven with a focus on meaningful metrics, understanding that engagement and reach are tools to drive website traffic, lead generation, and overall GMV growth.
  • Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft attention-grabbing hooks and compelling captions that effectively communicate brand messages and encourage action.
  • Video Literacy: Solid understanding of short-form video formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), including editing techniques and storytelling approaches.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven and able to evaluate performance beyond vanity metrics, with an understanding of key indicators such as conversion rates and audience behavior.
