Overview
Fiko & Co offers part‑time work (1 hour/day) at $1–$22/month.
Responsibilities
- Content creation: Creating interactive and innovative content for our social media platforms and for marketing campaigns in accordance with our brand.
- Brand promotion: Proposing new ideas and concepts for social media content and promoting the company brand to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.
- Social media monitoring: Close monitoring of all company’s social media platforms for trending news, ideas, memes, and feedback.
- Audience interaction: Responding to comments, messages, and other interactions across social media platforms to maintain a positive relationship and reputation with our valued audience.
- Analytics: Performing regular analysis to assess program effectiveness and report on metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management.
- Proven ability to build social media communities and create engaging content.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Must be flexible, allowing weekend and evening work as needed.
