Social Media Marketing Manager

Full-time | In-Office | Tampa, FL

Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (Earning potential $66k). 10% Bonus + Full Health + PTO.

Role Overview

Step into a hands on role where your mastery of social media management meets your skills in vibe‑coded caption writing. This role requires you to think like a strategist, brainstorm like an artist, and execute with expert precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Balance a wide range of client industry social platforms and strategies, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, and whatever comes next.
  • Brainstorm captivating visuals, captions, scripts, and trending bits for relevant social platforms.
  • Develop the perfect post using editing and design tools like Cap Cut, Canva, Lightroom and native social media tools like Tik Tok’s in‑app features.
  • Create and manage content calendars that blend brand identity with current trends to maximize engagement using tools like Notion, Metricool, and other planning tools.
  • Craft compelling content through expert copywriting, creative visuals, and targeted messaging in the TOV of the brand.
  • Bring a tried and true process to facilitate campaign ideas, through planning, posting, and evaluation.
  • Work with our graphic designer to brief on projects needed to deck the feed.
  • Oversee coordinators to help create engagement and management strategies that elevate an entire department.
  • Run our agency podcast content to maximize subscribers, reach, and brand visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy continually.
  • Engage with online communities, responding in a manner that fosters interaction, loyalty, and growth.
  • Use AI to optimize internal processes and scheduling tools to regulate posting performance.
  • Conduct and lead client‑facing meetings to lead strategy, reporting, ideation, and cross‑team integrations.

Your Skills

  • 3-5 years of combined experience in social media management.
  • 1 year of agency or freelance experience managing multiple types of industries across many different social platforms.
  • Using AI and skilled at prompting.
  • Mastery of social algorithms, trending edits, in‑app editing tools.
  • In‑depth knowledge and understanding of social metrics.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
