Job Description / Responsibility
English medium Teacher for English , Mathematics , Science , Arabic , and Block Teacher (PG to KG)
- Create a safe, secure, warm, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including storytelling, rhymes, music, art & craft, and educational play.
- Develop and utilize teaching aids and learning materials to make lessons interactive and fun.
- Observe, monitor, and assess each child`s progress and maintain individual developmental records.
- Effectively manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement and patience.
- Foster independence, good manners, and social skills among children.
- Maintain clear, regular, and positive communication with parents regarding their child`s development and school activities.
- Ensure the health, hygiene, and safety of all children at all times.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- Fazil (Madrasah Hons.)
- Required bachelor’s or master’s Degree to complete.
- O/A completed student can apply.
- Skills Required: Fluent in English, Arabic Typing, Computer Skills, Mental Math, Mathmethical Skills, Analytical and mathematical mind
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School,Kindergarten
Additional Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Bengali and English.
- Must have a cheerful, patient, and affectionate personality with a genuine love for children.
- Creative, innovative, and skilled in storytelling, singing, dance, and basic art & craft.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Email) is preferred.
- Experience in teaching Playgroup, Nursery, or KG students in an English medium or reputable Bengali medium school.
- Must be Fluent in English.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and play-based lessons following the school`s curriculum.
- Should have at least 2 years’ experience in related area.
