### Job Description
We are seeking a Tech-Savvy Scriptwriter to research and write high-value tutorials for our creative "AI" channel.
If you can translate powerful creative AI tools—image generators, video and animation tools, music and voice AI, design and editing platforms—into clear, actionable workflows for creators and professionals, and write hooks that grab attention instantly, this role is for you. You will be the intellectual architect behind our content, turning "new creative tools" into "real creative outcomes."
### Core Responsibilities
* Deep Research: Test and analyze new creative AI tools to understand their specific value for the audience.
* Problem-First Writing: Structure scripts around solving specific creative challenges (better visuals, faster editing, standout content) rather than just listing features.
* Visual Writing: Write with the edit in mind—including clear notes for screen recordings, generated-output examples, b-roll, and text overlays to guide the editor.
* Retention Focused: Craft compelling hooks, concise explanations, and high-value takeaways with zero fluff.
* Tone Management: Maintain a professional yet accessible and creatively inspiring tone suitable for creators, designers, marketers, and content teams.
### Skills & Qualifications
* Tech-Savvy: You genuinely love testing new apps and creative AI tools. You learn software quickly.
* Creative Acumen: You understand creative contexts (what good design looks like, why visual storytelling matters, how creators and brands think).
* Explainer Specialist: Ability to break down complex technical steps into simple, 1-2-3 instructions.
YouTube Native: You understand retention, pacing, and how to write for the spoken word (not blog writing).
* Self-Starter: Excellent research skills and the ability to work independently.
