Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design projects focused on logistics workflows
• Conduct user testing sessions for insights and iteration
• Articulate design logic to internal and external teams
• Identify and rectify friction points in shipping flows
• Support A/B testing and rapid design iterations
Requirements:
• 8+ years UX/UI design experience required
• Strong background in e-commerce or transaction-heavy platforms
• Skilled in design systems and component creation
• Proficient in interactive prototyping and design tools
• Proven ability to mentor other designers
